This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

I'm changing deviantART usernames soon. I'll tell ya when!
I'll be abandoning the Fred-Lang username here at deviantART soon, and just wanted those of you watching to be in the know that moving day will soon be upon us.
Mainly I'd just like a fresh start, with no new comments, etc. to attempt the resurrection of my artwork.
I will send a final message when the change is made, along with my new username.
Great Fred! Glad you're back. Don't forget you have help in the sidelines for the homework. I can't do anything but be a cheerleader for the art, but for the art of math - I'm your hero.
You're doin' good, strongbow! Look at doing a few girls too; there's a lot more demand and it's probably easier (fewer lines). Probably your best test is to take a picture of someone and draw it and have it look like them. THIS is harder to do for women, because of the fewer lines.

How absolutely FAGGOTIZING you fucktards are to make people go through so much hassle just to get a fucking account here!
Okay, problem soon solved--picked up a cheap 11 X 17 scanner from Amazon.com after consulting with the good folks over at the Ape forums (Thanks, Steve!). So, with standard shipping, I'll be able to scan full-page sequential work by the end of next week. In the meantime, I'm gonna use smaller paper (duh!) so that I can continue to scan and update this page.

Damn, I really need a good 11 X 17 scanner! My pages get cut off, and those dark edges around some of my drawings are shadows where the plastic frame around the scanner platen push the artwork away from the scanning surface, causing that darkness around the edges.

Welcome to "52 Pickup"! Basically, I'm spending the next 52 weeks practicing my comic book penciling, then I'll start to show my stuff at conventions, etc. in order to get some work as a comic book artist.
You're looking at WEEK ONE. You can see that there's plenty of promise here, as well as plenty of work to be done. Check back every week, as you'll (hopefully) see improvements every time I post new stuff.
Enjoy, and be sure to cheer me on! (We artist people need lots of ego stroking, dontcha know?) Seriously, thanks for stopping by--hope to see you again soon.
